Kramer Electronics, a supplier of signal management products, introduced its SPK Series of loudspeakers, comprising six models for various pro AV applications. According to the company, this addition to Kramer's full lineup of professional AV signal and management equipment allows dealers and customers to experience an even more complete one-stop shopping experience for their projects.
The series includes closed-back, can-backed models and open-back models for ceiling, wall, or mounting.
The SPK-CO608 is a round ceiling-mount loudspeaker, while the SPK-IO608 is a rectangular wall-mount speaker that can be mounted vertically or horizontally, indoors or out. Both models are open-back, two-way loudspeakers with a 6.5-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter.
The SPK-OC608 models are three-way, closed-back speakers for surface mounting inside or outdoors. They have a 6.5-inch woofer, a 25 millimeter tweeter, and a 27 centimeter piezo dome.
The SPK-CC688 speakers are two-way, ceiling-mount speakers with a closed-back design of 8-inch metal cans and aluminum grilles. The dual driver coaxial speakers include a transformer and a behind-the grille power selector switch with direct 8-ohm or 70/100-volt operation. The SPK-CC444 and SPK-CC48 models are two-way speakers for ceiling mounting.
SPK Series loudspeakers can be paired with and powered by any of Kramer's 900 series power amplifiers.
